Before starting a company, we logged thousands and thousands of hours out in the construction field learning the trade. We realized that our work ethic, integrity, and attention detail surpassed the acceptable standards, and it was upon these principals we decided to build our company.

We have an A+ rating with the BBB. You can also just ask around your community. Have we ever had a problem with a customer? Yes, we sure have, but we have went the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Even when the customer has been at fault, we have went above and beyond to make things right. When you hire PSL, you are hiring us for our unsurpassed reputation and quality.
Our central office is in Wildwood, Florida. We do a lot of work in the villages, and all of surrounding Sumter, Marion, and Lake counties. We are not restrained to working here in central Florida. We have build complete custom homes as far away as Montana. The far reaches of our company solidify our standards. If a customer is willing to bypass all of the local builders in their area to have PSL build their house, it is simply because of the standards we practice both on the construction site, and in the office.

The process starts with a consultation with our managers and design team. Once we can determine the best course of action and design a plan fitted to your exact needs, we then go into the planning phase. We choose a project manager to cater to your specific needs, and build a schedule. After all of this is complete, we then start your project.
In one word, our specialty is "Construction." We employ the premiere craftsmen from every trade needed to complete a construction project. As a company we believe that relationships are our specialty, but our company is made up of many skilled individuals who bring with them their own unique piece to our puzzle.
It is hard to pinpoint an exact time-frame that could be applied to all projects. With that being said, we will work as fast as we can without sacrificing quality. We do not cut corners, no matter the incentive offered. Our projects stand as a testament to our character, and a continual representation of who we are. We are well acclimated to production environments, but these environments are also stringent in their quality control. Our projects are built by the best, and for the best. We will not sacrifice quality for production.
One of the traits that we require of our employees is cleanliness. We will do everything in our power to keep the jobsite clean throughout all phases of construction. Whether it be breaking ground, or the finial phase of your project, we believe in keeping things neat and tidy.
If a change does happen to arise, all changes must be agreeded upon with a change order. Once this change order is signed, we can then make provisions for your changes. We are completley open to your decisions to change an aspect of the project, but we must follow protocal through change orders so that we can both be protected.
